3 Family Medicine Physicians

1 Internal Medicine Physician

1 General Surgeon

1 Pediatrician

6 Advanced Practice Clinicians

1 Psychologist

Referral fees available for qualified candidates Practice Specifics :

Full-Time : 1.0 FTE (3234 patient contact hours / week)

Hours : MondayFriday, 8 AM 5 PM

Location : Jamestown, ND (no outreach required)

OB Services : Optional; C-section training available

Average Patients / Day :

Outpatients : 1620

Inpatients : 510

Call Coverage : 1 : 13 (one week inpatient service at a time, rotated among all community physicians) Onsite Services :

Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics

Behavioral Health, General Surgery

Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Path / Lab

Radiology / Imaging, Physical Therapy, Tobacco Cessation Outreach Services : ENT, Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Sports Medicine, Weight Loss (non-surgical) Requirements / Licenses :

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Family Medicine

OB privileges optional (training available) Community & Location :

90 min west of Fargo, 90 min east of Bismarck

3 hr from Winnipeg, 4.5 hr from Minneapolis / St. Paul
