Family Transitions, Inc. is looking for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-C) to provide
intensive in-home services.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide mental health treatment to individuals receiving services (services may include Intensive
- In-Home, through individual and family therapy, behavior management, care coordination, crisis intervention, psycho-education, and skills training.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required (supervision is provided weekly and trainings are
at least monthly)
according to Family Transitions, Inc. policies and procedures.
Certifications / Requirements :
Qualified Mental Health Professionals-C (QMHP-C’s) : Must be registered with the Board of
Health Professions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children. If not registered, must
have at least a Bachelors degree in a human service field and 1 year of full-time experience.
Residents in Counseling : Must have a Masters degree in Counseling with 500 internship hours or
1 year of experience. Supervisees in Social Work : Must have a Masters degree in Social Work with 500 internship
hours or 1 year of experience. Salary :
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Currently offering 23.00 to 27.00 per
hour.

interest)
