Overview

Account Manager, Commercial at Tripeur - a Navan company. You will drive revenue by ensuring clients are happy, referenceable, and maximizing value from the Navan platform. You'll build deep client relationships, act as their trusted advisor, and partner with them to onboard successfully, engage with Navan, and manage their T&E program. You'll own renewals and cross-sell adjacent products across Navan's portfolio. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations up to the C-Suite to delight clients and drive revenue for Navan.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Commercial customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients (from program administrators up to C-suite) to align program goals and maximize value from Navan.
  • Drive usage of the Navan platform by ensuring clients manage 100% of their T&E programs through Navan.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion—new departments, teams, geographies, products, and use cases.
  • Broaden relationships within accounts, securing multiple champions across teams and levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to uncover and deliver on client needs.
  • Deeply understand Navan's product offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Travel to customer sites as appropriate.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure they realize maximum value throughout their lifecycle.
  • Own client renewals and upsells / cross-sells of adjacent products.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing role within a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • Proven track record of high performance and success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • High energy, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives
  • Driven individuals who are passionate about delighting clients, driving revenue, and accelerating their careers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Pay and Benefits

    The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of compensation and is subject to change based on business needs. For roles with on-target earnings, the pay range includes base salary and target incentive compensation. Exact pay is determined based on location, skills, experience, market demand, and internal parity. Salary ranges shown in job postings are for informational purposes and may vary by location.

    Salary range : $102,400—$128,000 USD
