We're looking for a Practice Manager to join our team! Are you a natural organizer with a heart for healthcare and a head for operations? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to meet you. We're currently looking for a Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two primary care pediatric offices located within a mile of each other in Bayside, Queens. This is a key leadership role that helps keep both sites running smoothlysupporting our clinicians, staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors.

Here's What You'll Be Doing :

People First :

• Hiring, training, and mentoring staff
• Fostering a supportive environment through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations with both staff and clinicians
• Ensuring staffing and scheduling are thoughtfully planned to support smooth daily operations and patient flow
• Keeping all required trainings on track and completed in a timely manner

Work Environment : This role is based in a medical office settingand in this case, across two closely located practices in Bayside. You'll be on your feet, interacting with staff and patients, and occasionally assisting with little ones. It's a dynamic, hands-on role that truly makes a difference.

Compensation Offered (negotiable, dependent upon experience) : Salary - Salary Plan, 75,000.00 USD Annual
