SUMMARY
Are you ready to dive into a new career? The Pool Pros is hiring Commercial Pool Technicians! No experience is required—we will provide all the training you need. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build their skills while maintaining commercial pools for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools, spas, and water features, including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and backwashing.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and healthy conditions for swimmers.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders, and automation systems.
- Monitor and adjust chemical feeders and automated control systems for proper operation.
- Identify potential issues or safety hazards and communicate findings promptly to management or clients.
- Maintain accurate service records, including water chemistry logs, maintenance reports, and repair documentation.
- Manage assigned service routes efficiently while upholding The Pool Pros’ standards of quality and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service challenges and support company operations.
- Represent The Pool Pros with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in pool service, maintenance, or a related field (commercial experience preferred).Strong understanding of pool systems, including filtration, circulation, chemical balance, and automation controls.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.Ability to diagnose and repair pumps, heaters, filters, chemical feeders, and plumbing components.Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.Ability to manage service routes efficiently and maintain accurate records of work performed.Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in service.Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Physical
