Must-Have : Work history / resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, license verification, proof of required certifications, supervisory reference

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local travelers are not accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility.

On-call is possible as needed.

Weekend shifts may also be required.

A proof of taxable address is necessary to verify location eligibility for the position.

Limitations on time-off requests apply during designated holiday periods for all travelers.

All references should include one supervisory reference required at the time of submission.
