Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct ERP development staff to ensure timely progress and high-quality results

Develop and implement best practices and methodologies for ERP software development

Collaborate with stakeholders to plan projects, define scope, and communicate progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five or more years of experience in software design and development for complex, multi-user systems

Demonstrated experience managing ERP developers

Experience in software development and support in a PeopleSoft environment
