What You Will Do : Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. Effectively communicates fundamental patient / family information to health care team. Minimum Qualifications : Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN required; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State. BLS certification AHA (American Heart Association); Position Highlights and Benefits : $20K Sign-on Bonus eligible (must have 1 year of prior experience in this unit). Sign on bonus is limited to new colleagues joining the organization and those returning after a year or longer. Pay Range- $37.88-$54.19 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
