Job Title : Home Health LVN / LPN - Days

Join our team in Dorchester, MA, as a Home Health LVN / LPN for a 13-week contract, with potential extension. Work 40 hours per week on day shifts.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality home health care to patients.
  • Manage a daily caseload of 6 patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
  • Document accurately, HCHB experience preferred.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid MA LVN License.
  • BLS Certification.
  • 2+ years in Home Health.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.

    • Details :

  • No on-call duties.
  • Rare floating to other locations.
  • Overtime and extension opportunities.
  • Flexible scrub color.
  • Orientation at designated office.
