Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress. Respond promptly to changes in patient status, including emergencies. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per hospital protocols. Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication. Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer an exciting travel opportunity for a Critical Care Float Pool in Everett, WA. This contract consists of five 8-hour day shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, paying between $65,000 to $161,000 annually.
