About the Role :

The Clinic LPN / Physician Practice role at Wagoner Community Hospital is essential for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with various medical procedures. Minimum Qualifications :

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
