Job Description

Manage corporate tax compliance, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to relevant regulations.

Lead the preparation and review of tax provisions, including quarterly and annual reports.

Oversee transfer pricing strategies to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and provide expert guidance.

Analyze tax implications of business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.

Ensure timely and efficient completion of all tax-related projects and audits.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Tax should have :

• Strong expertise in corporate tax compliance and provision processes.
• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage tax strategies in the retail industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
