Your Impactful Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will :

  • Provide therapy services as planned and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist, following the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
  • Assist in implementing vocational and educational programs designed to enhance task performance and promote health and self-sufficiency.
  • Design and adapt equipment and environments to improve function and independence.
  • Deliver therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Document observations and prepare clinical notes, ensuring accurate patient records.
  • Instruct patients and families on home programs and the use of adaptive equipment.
  • Participate in care coordination and discharge planning, acting as a resource for other healthcare personnel.
  • Design community reintegration activities to assist clients in their physical and psychological adjustment.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience / Skills :

  • Current and unrestricted OTA licensure.
  • Minimum of six months of experience as an occupational therapist assistant preferred.
  • Home health experience is a plus.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

    • Compensation and Work Schedule

    Pay Range :

  • $37.00 - $52.00 per visit / unit
  • $58,400 - $80,000 per year base pay

    • Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
