Brand Management
Oversee brand development, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpointsBuild and maintain AL Homes' reputation as a trusted residential real estate providerManage brand partnerships and strategic alliances to expand market reachPublic Relations & Corporate Communications

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership rolesMinimum 5 years of strategic PR and corporate communications experienceProven experience in real estate, homebuilding, or related industries strongly preferredDemonstrated success managing media relations and securing positive press coverageSkills & Competencies
