Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel / contract opportunity at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Fresno, California. This is a great fit for a therapist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is ready to step into a high-productivity clinical setting.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting

\n\t\n\t

Productivity requirement : Above 90%

\n\t\n\t

Qualifications : \n\n \n\t

Active SLP license in the state of California (required)

\n\t\n\t

Prior SNF experience preferred

\n\t\n\t

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently

\n\t\n\t

Excellent communication and documentation abilities
