Customer Service Representative
This dynamic individual will be responsible for providing a superior customer service experience to guests. We are searching for someone who believes in the importance of going above and beyond in creating memorable experiences. The perfect candidate will be in expert in cultivating long-lasting relationships and enjoys salesmanship.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet and engage guests with a smile
- Complete opening and closing shift checklists
- Staying up-to-date with brand knowledge to include sizing, materials, and brand history
- Take the initiative to self-educate
- Consistently providing gracious service to all guests
- Distributing end-of-shift emails recapping sales, store traffic, noteworthy customer interactions, etc.
- Uphold departmental and company standards and policies
- Maintaining store organization and merchandizing
- Assist in replenishing floor merchandise
- General store upkeep and housekeeping
- Assist management in special projects / store resets
- Attend mandatory departmental and company trainings
- Communicate effectively via email with fellow Service Professionals and management regularly
- Ability to work as a team with fellow Service Professionals in the Retail department and throughout other departments
- Ability to operate all functions of a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Shipping guest merchandise when necessary
- Assist in labeling new merchandise
Education / Experience
Minimum High School diplomaCollege Degree in Hospitality field preferredExperience in Retail operations, merchandising and customer serviceExcellent communication skillsProficient operations of Point-of-Sale (POS) systemRequirements

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for a minimum of 8 hours in length.
