Job Description & Requirements Specialty : NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline : RN Duration : Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Staff NICU NURSE LEADER Must have at least 2 years previous RN - NICU experience for consideration The Nurse Leader (NL) plays a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing patient care activities through collaboration, critical thinking, and effective communication with all members of the healthcare team. The Nurse Leader serves as a role model and resource for clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and team development.
