Breaking The Cycle Therapy

Salary Range : $90,000 - $126,000 Annually

We are seeking a fiercely compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our purpose-driven team and help clients break free from intergenerational cycles of pain and build a new legacy.

The Opportunity : What You Will Do

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual, child, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based, integrative, and trauma-informed clinical approaches.

Specialize in complex areas such as : Codependency recovery, Inner child work, Emotional regulation, Grief / betrayal trauma, and Relational trauma.

Work with children, individuals, and families, treating addiction as a family disease and healing entire systems.

Practice with deep empathy, integrity, and healthy professional boundaries.

We Are Looking For Clinicians Who Are :

Required Qualifications

Licensure : Active and in good standing with the state licensing board as one of the following : LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.

If you are pre-licensure, you must have outside supervision.

Education : Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Insurance : Current individual professional liability insurance ($1M minimum).
