Assistant Regional Director
Through a special partnership between ADL and UJA, the Assistant Regional Director directs and oversees all aspects of the Words to Action (WTA) education and community programs for Jewish teens and young adults in the New York area. WTA programs are designed to offer young Jews the tools to combat antisemitism and will be implemented via customized Words to Action programming in synagogues, Jewish day schools, JCCs, and colleges based on institutional needs.
The Assistant Regional Director will also respond to antisemitic incidents reported to the New York / New Jersey Regional Office, collaborating with regional and national teams as needed on these and a variety of other opportunities. This position will manage the region's Glass Leadership Institute, ADL's program for young professionals that provides them an insider's perspective of ADL's programs and a deep understanding of the latest strategies employed to combat antisemitism and hate.
