We ve been hauling freight with integrity, consistency, and respect for over 69 years. Now, we re looking for an energetic, people-focused Driver Recruiter to join our growing team.

As a Driver Recruiter, you ll be the first point of contact for prospective CDL drivers. You ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier regional and OTR drivers who align with our safety standards and culture. This is an in-office position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and screen qualified CDL A driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the full recruitment process : posting jobs, conducting interviews, running background checks, and facilitating pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
  • Build strong relationships with drivers from first contact through orientation and beyond
  • Coordinate with Safety and Operations departments to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Monitor industry trends to keep recruiting strategies competitive

Qualifications :

Previous experience in trucking, recruiting, or logistics (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using recruiting platforms, email, and CRM / ATS tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
