L.I.F.E. Inc. is looking to hire Caregivers / Homemakers to serve the Ventura County area. If you are someone that is passionate about caring for others, growing your skill set, and making a positive impact in the community, then this job is for you! Applicants must be available for work on the weekends (Saturday, Sunday).

Some of the services we provide include :

  • Personal Care
  • Homemaker
  • Respite
  • Chores / Light housekeeping
  • Shifts available vary depending on current assignments.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must have and maintain a current driver’s license, current vehicle registration, current vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and possession of a reliable, safe, and clean vehicle.
  • Must undergo a pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test, and pre-employment TB test.
  • Understand, speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Ability to communicate in a manner that exudes friendliness, compassion, and respect.
  • Ability to adapt in various work environments.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach.

    • EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

    High School Diploma or GED required. CPR / First Aid certification required.

    EXPERIENCE

    Experience preferred, but not needed. On the job training available.

    COMPENSATION

    Depending on experience and certifications, compensation ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
