Represent the charity professionally, always ensuring a positive and trustworthy impression of the organization. Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities for charity events. Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service Assist in identifying potential partners, sponsors, and vendors for charity events. Maintain and track sales metrics and targets. Coordinate event logistics, securing venues, and ensuring all event needs are met. Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure smooth event execution. Participate in industry events, network with potential clients, and stay informed on industry trends. Previous experience in retail or other sales, or customer service (preferably in the nonprofit or charity sector). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and network effectively with clients, vendors, and partners. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. A passion for working with charitable causes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. A passion for engaging with people and building relationships.
