Experience with cybersecurity tools, monitoring, and vulnerability management. Certifications such as CCNA, PCNSE, VCP, MCSA / MCSE, CISSP, or ISA / IEC 62443 are highly desirable. Job Title : Senior Systems Engineer
The Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in virtualization, systems administration, Windows Server management, and networking. In this role, you will design, implement, and support enterprise and industrial IT / OT systems, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable infrastructure operations across both IT and OT environments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, automation, and operations to drive modernization initiatives, optimize system performance, and maintain high availability while ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related core services.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) to support enterprise and industrial workloads.
- Implement and maintain IT / OT convergence projects, ensuring secure and seamless communication between enterprise networks and operational systems.
- Provide administration, patching, and lifecycle management of servers, storage, and virtual infrastructure.
- Manage and monitor network performance (LAN / WAN, VLANs, firewalls, routing, VPN, NAT) for both enterprise and industrial networks.
- Support integration of industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, DCS) with enterprise applications, historians, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and enforce security standards, hardening practices, and network segmentation strategies in mixed IT / OT environments.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization across hybrid infrastructures.
- Support remote access solutions, edge computing, and IIoT deployments.
- Assist with compliance to industry standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, or ISO 27001.
