What We Need :

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager - Product Launch - to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.

As the Associate Marketing Manager - Product Launch, you will be responsible for providing support and leading product launch initiatives.

What You Will Do :

• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners in planning and executing product launch initiatives and strategies.
• Provide customer centric insights and Voice-of-the-Customer experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams leading GTM activation.
• Build and manage project plans leveraging internal network to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Utilize AI tools and resources to enhance delivery of outcomes.
• Manage budgets effectively to optimize impact and ROI of project deployments.
• Monitor competitive and industry trends in marketing and appropriately apply knowledge gained to help drive performance.
• Present strategies, updates, and outcomes to various stakeholders and leaders.
• Participate in all phases of product, events, and brand processes from market research to launch to post-program analysis.
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
