Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $3,451 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Cath Lab Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 16 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Cath Lab Technologist Location : Rochester, NY Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 30) Job Responsibilities : Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including left and right heart catheterizations, PTCA, PCI, cardiac stent placements, and closure device procedures. Assist physicians during procedures by preparing, operating, and maintaining sterile equipment. Scrub, circulate, and monitor patient responses throughout procedures, maintaining sterile technique at all times. Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias and emergent patient conditions. Set up and operate specialized equipment such as IABP, rotablader atherectomy, and other interventional tools. Ensure accurate documentation within the EPIC charting system. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols within the Cath Lab environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
