Service Engineer

The Service Engineer is the global face of AAE, handling everything from minor software updates to full-scale upgrades on high-tech machines. You'll be the expert customers rely on, delivering technical solutions with professionalism, adaptability, and a human touch. Every day brings new challenges—different machines, customers, and issues—but what stays constant is your problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality.

Experience / Education Qualifications :

• Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years in a technical service environment.
• Mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems knowledge.
• Industrial machinery expertise.
• Diagnostic tool proficiency.
• Understanding of safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• English (additional languages a plus).
• Up to 70% travel, often with short notice (within two days).
