Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for assigned accounts
Secure account renewals, cross-sells, and upsells through effective customer engagement
Coordinate onboarding and measure account health to ensure customer success and value realization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role with a technology company, preferably with a bachelor's degree
Proficient in using spreadsheets, presentations, and data analysis tools
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to thrive in client collaboration and understand product / service offerings
