POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and support for training and development initiatives. This role ensures adherence to employment laws, fosters a positive work environment, and supports leadership with performance management and HR systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Manage employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
Provide guidance on performance management and HR policies.
Assist with training, development, and compliance initiatives.
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decisions.
Support employee engagement and career development programs.
Partner with leaders on training and department development needs.
Support HR systems optimization and other assigned projects.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Workday preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and employment regulations.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
