Johnson Brothers Corporation a Southland Company Lake Worth, FL. We are seeking an experienced Rodbuster Foreman to lead and supervise reinforcing steel crews on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong technical knowledge of rebar installation, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate a crew of rodbusters on active job sites
• Read, interpret, and enforce blueprints and project specifications
• Ensure rebar is cut, bent, placed, and tied according to plans
• Maintain productivity and meet project deadlines
• Train and mentor crew members as needed
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
