Key Responsibilities

Lead technology operations across web development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, and data platforms

Drive seamless integrations between LMS, mobile apps, CRM, and BI tools

Support product, marketing, finance, and customer success with reliable technology solutions

Required Qualifications

5-10+ years in a technology management or senior engineering role

Proven experience in B2C digital, eLearning, SaaS, mobile / web platforms, or coaching industries

Strong understanding of LMS platforms, APIs, cloud architecture, CRM, and BI / reporting systems

Comfortable leading systems development, integrations, and tech infrastructure

Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional business leaders
