The Regional Sales Manager-Telecom is responsible for employing 80 / 20 principles to their assigned geography to meet or exceed objectives and targets. The RSM will build and maintain a deep understanding of the Marmon IEI value proposition and product offering identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions, that address specific challenges or enhance operations. Through their expertise and persuasive skills, the RSM will foster strong relationships with clients, coordinate internal and external resources and drive sustainable profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base in the assigned region.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
