What You Will Do :

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.

Assess patient conditions accurately and implement appropriate interventions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Monitor and manage acute and chronic health issues with professionalism and empathy.

Document patient information precisely, maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management.

What You Bring to the Role :

Valid State RN License (underlined and bold as License and Certification requirements).

Proven experience in Emergency Room or acute care settings preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively during night shifts.

Compassionate patient care attitude with a focus on safety and quality.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Prior ER or urgent care experience is highly preferred.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Certifications & Licenses :

Current State RN License (must be active and in good standing).

BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).

ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).

Compensation & Benefits :

Weekly stipend of $1,246.00

Taxable weekly pay of $2,042.07
