Salary : $120,000$150,000 base + stock options

We are a growing pharmaceutical company in Petaluma, CA seeking a Corporate Controller to take ownership of our finance and accounting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build processes, partner with executives, and support the companys continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with external CPA firm to ensure accurate financial oversight, compliance, and reporting.
• Manage Accounts Payable (A / P) and Accounts Receivable (A / R), including manual transactions and reconciliations.
• Oversee all finance, purchasing, and accounting functions, transitioning responsibilities from other departments.
• Monitor and manage the companys e-commerce site, ensuring proper sales tracking and multi-state tax compliance.
• Support internal and external auditing processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Lead and contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of a new ERP system.
