Our Distribution Centers are hiring full-time associates for multiple roles to support the day, night, and weekend shifts. PetSmart offers four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts. Shifts vary by location and may include shift differential pay . Below is an example of morning shift within the DC :

Morning Shift is Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3 : 30pm

Afternoon / overnight shift is Monday-Thursday 4pm-2 : 30am

Weekend Shift is Friday - Sunday from 5am - 5 : 30pm

We believe associates do most of their learning and development during the first 2 years of service; therefore, we have a seven-step pay program during this time. This includes 6 automatic wage increases after your starting pay rate. 4 in the first year of service and 2 more in your second year.
