Overview :

The mission of Delmarva Christian Schools is to proclaim the Gospel by preparing students spiritually, academically, and physically to know and do God's will in their lives. To carry out this mission, DCS employs people who through their speech and conduct will impact the lives of students, parents, and fellow staff through Christ-centered relationships and the teaching of a "living curriculum".

Requirements

Living Curriculum :

• Employ Matthew 18 principle in all conflict resolution
• Maintain open lines of communication with staff, coaches, volunteers, students, families, outside vendors and organizations
• Prayerfully maintain a lifestyle that demonstrates a commitment to Christ

Skills and Qualifications :

Expresses full commitment to uphold the DCS Statement of Faith and to serve in a way that is consistent with - and promotes - DCS beliefs, values, and mission.

Is a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions. This includes being fully committed to God's biblical standards for a Christian lifestyle.

Actively participates in a local evangelical church

Proven to possess excellent relational and communication skills with healthy working relationships

Maintains high standards of ethics, integrity, and appropriate confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.

Possesses a high degree of organizational skills and computer literacy.
