Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements :

• Physical Therapists actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous acute PT experience
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
