Job Duties :

Process and approve high volume of job requisitions to be posted to the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.

Post all assigned requisitions within given SLA of 24 business hours after req submittal in accordance with process standards.

Demonstrate Posting Best Practices to ensure data integrity of our job postings on the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.

Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies and practices for posting requisitions.

Assist Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time and bandwidth permits.

Complete other various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.

Fields calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center providing :

ATS technical support for operators completing the recruitment and onboarding process.

Level 1 support for background check tickets via the First Advantage and Checkr systems.

Facilitates tickets with appropriate technical teams as needed.

Provides a high level of customer service

Qualifications :

Currently pursing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar program

Very strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage and prioritize high volume of tasks.

Excellent multi-tasking skills.
