At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we provide high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism thrive. Behind every successful therapy session is a strong operational foundation—and that’s where you come in.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager to lead the daily administrative and operational functions of our Durham clinic . If you’re organized, people-focused, and ready to support meaningful work, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment
- Partner with BCBAs, HR, and administrative teams to streamline staff and client onboarding
- Develop and maintain systems for scheduling, communication, and organization
- Track performance metrics and monitor operational workflows
- Manage staff scheduling, including updates and availability tracking
- Lead internal communications to keep clinical and administrative teams aligned
- Organize training sessions, staff engagement activities, and appreciation events
- Support outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and leadership team
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of office, clinic, or operations management experience ( healthcare or behavioral health preferred )Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to lead with empathy and build positive team relationshipsComfortable analyzing data, solving problems, and adapting to changing prioritiesDetail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about helping teams succeedPerks & Benefits
