Do you want to work for a fun, fast-paced and growing restaurant brand? 110 Grill Poughkeepsie is seeking Culinary Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by adhering to our Core Values of Consistency, Collaboration, Respect, Integrity and Excellence / Success.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members.
Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
Train and manage front-of-house personnel.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill.

 Qualifications :

Previous experience working in hospitality.

Strong leadership qualities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.
