Stock Plan Consultant

A company is looking for a Stock Plan Consultant responsible for the administration of stock plan awards and employee stock purchase plans.

Key Responsibilities

Administers domestic and international stock plan awards and employee stock purchase plans

Oversees daily administrative activities and provides guidance to team members

Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, consulting, or sponsorship

Experience collaborating with outsourced stock plan service providers

Technical knowledge of regulations affecting stock plan programs

Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage time effectively

Solid knowledge of MS-Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
