Managing Carpenter

Seeking Highly Skilled Lead Carpenter with Supervisory experience and looking for growth opportunities. We are a high-end residential builder and renovation company providing fine-quality work with customer service as a priority. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled carpenter with at least 10 years of experience in high-end residential work to perform general construction duties at job sites in the MetroWest area. As a Lead Carpenter you will work with subcontractors to maintain safe and productive jobsites and help meet scheduling deadlines and budgets. The candidate should be capable in all phases of construction including framing, finish, decking, kitchen and bath remodels, as well as an understanding of working with the mechanical trades. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to : Set the job standard regarding quality and productivity Communication with homeowners and designers during job process - Possess good communication skills both written & verbal Punctual & reliable Coordinating & working with sub-contractors Can perform carpentry tasks with the highest degree of reliability, accuracy, and speed. Keeping jobsite clean, organized and safe - No smoking / vaping allowed in office, shop, company vehicles, or clients homes. Requirements : Personal transportation & valid driver’s license.
