About the Event

Effraim Home Care Agency is excited to host a Job Fair with On-the-Spot Interviews for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) . We are hiring for all shifts weekdays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Bring your resume and be prepared for a same-day interview with our hiring team.

Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by helping them live meaningful, independent lives.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities
  • Supporting independence, community involvement, and personal growth
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Ensuring a safe and positive environment

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred, but not required
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
