Full time, permanent opening Joining a group of 6 providers Work out of only 1 office; located 15 mile south of group's other office New grads welcome Outpatient only - no rounding, no call Schedule : Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5pm and Friday, 8am - 3pm Daily patient census : 20 45 minutes per new patient appointment, and 15 min for follow up depending on complexity Do not need preauthorization for medications with this practice Compensation and benefits : Base salary - $255k Minimum productivity of $300K easily reachable 4 weeks vacation including CME and sick days CME up to $2500 Health insurance, (Med, dental and vision) Full malpractice insurance, CME, paid license and board exam Tail insurance after 2 years Relocation up to $4,000
