Raise the quality bar through disciplined recruiter judgment and assessments
Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team to enhance their sourcing and evaluation skills
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
4+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
Demonstrated success in hiring for high-bar technical roles in complex environments
Strong performance management skills with a proven track record
Proven ability to shape sourcing strategies and foster a proactive talent acquisition culture
