We're seeking a passionate ENT to join Mon Health to provide both inpatient and outpatient care to our patients. This is an opportunity to make a tremendous impact on a patient community while working in a warm, welcoming and team-oriented environment.
JOB SUMMARY
The physician provides ENT clinical and surgical care for the patients seen at Mon Health's clinic sites. To follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Internal Medicine and Otolaryngology service lines. Collaborates and coordinated the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
Board eligible in Otolaryngology required. Board Certified in Otolaryngology preferred.
Experience / Physical Requirements :
Experience in group practice and / or hospital setting preferred.
Licensure / Certification :
Current unrestricted West Virginia Licensure. Current or ability to obtain West Virginia & Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed through medical staff according to Otolaryngology services.
