The incoming attorney will manage diverse cases from inception through resolution, including :

• Conducting substantive discovery and depositions
• Developing winning case strategies
• Drafting persuasive motions and briefs
• Representing clients in state and federal courts
• Conducting legal research
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
