Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to think quickly in addressing customer issues.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and MS Office Suite.Benefits
