Our client is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Office Services Coordinator position at their Miami offices.
Key Details :
- Schedule : Monday – Friday, 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
- Reports to : Office Managers
- FLSA Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly
- Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in customer service, reception, or a related role (law firm experience preferred)
- Skills : Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to perform light physical tasks
