Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Groveton, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, diagnose, and identify deficits in patient mobility and functional activities

Develop individualized treatment plans with patient-centered goals

Conduct ongoing reassessments and manage discharge planning from the first visit

Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff and students

Complete accurate documentation according to department, accreditation, and insurance standards

Educate patients, families, and caregivers using AIDET principles

Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and safety initiatives

Function within scope of practice as defined by Texas PT practice act

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years PT experience

State license : Texas
