Job Summary :

• Lead Product Development : As Director of Product Management, you will manage the full lifecycle of Supermicro’s switch products, from concept to end-of-life (EOL).
• Shape Market Strategy : You'll develop strategic roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and ensure maximum visibility for our switch products in the market.
• Influence Growth and Innovation : Your leadership will drive key decisions to maximize market share, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Salary Range

$190,000 - $220,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
